Kids Build Replica of Great Wall of China, Set off Epic Marble Race

No one can say no to an expertly built wooden replica — especially when it's built with the help of children. This video houses a marble race through a wooden replica of the Great Wall of China, and it is definitely worth tuning in.

The video uploaded by YouTube channel Murmiland shows the marble run "The Great Wall of China" project. The description states that it was built in a holiday camp with children near Hanover, Germany in 2018. This particular video was filmed in the autumn of 2020.

The Great Wall of China is originally 13,171 miles (21,196 kilometers), while the replica that you'll see here is about 50 feet (15 meters) long. The individual wooden parts that make up the replica are all glued, and photos of the production are all in the credits, giving insight into the hard work of the kids.

Not all marbles make it to the finish; however, the leveling method used to control slope and speed makes this video worth your time. It helps that the tracking shots are amazing, too. The song in the background mixes with the clanking sounds of the marbles beautifully, adding to the soothing experience, so make sure you tune in for this epic marble race.
